The Accommodation

A modern and tastefully designed townhouse for 4 -6 persons. Casa Montinho Novo has a spacious lounge with 2 large sofas with TV, DVD and CD player and a fire place. The dining area has a large dining table for 8 persons. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. (Fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, laundry machine and dishwasher, coffee-machine, electric kettle and toaster).

Furthermore there is an extra utility room and bathroom with toilet downstairs.
Outdoor there is a deck terrace with tropical plants, an extra sun bed, dining table for 6 persons and a private BBQ.

Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms on the first floor. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom. And 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom and one bedroom with sofa bed for 2 persons. There is a second bathroom with shower/bath and Jacuzzi. Two bedrooms have directly entrance to the terrace upstairs with 2 sun beds and table and chairs to have breakfast in the morning sun.
All bedrooms are air conditioned and the living room as well.

The private condominium is totally fenced and has a shared pool with a small pool for children.
